Go Team Washington City!!
Our little slugger played for team Washington city this spring season.
This was an interesting time for him, he learned that his toughest competition was not wearing a different jersey or running drills with him during practice but rather something a little deeper. He learned that in order to be successful he must tame himself (im not totally convinced he put it together as such however) He had to learn focus, manage his emotions and work hard to be a viable part of the team.
He also got to learn a bit about pride. The kind of pride you feel when the good guys win. When you feel that you are part of the team, community and country. The pride you know when you know honor and respect first hand.
